Privacy policy
This privacy policy describes how VENDARA S.R.L. ("Vendara", "we") processes personal data collected through this website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Romanian Law no. 190/2018. Final wording should be reviewed by counsel before publication.
1. Controller
VENDARA S.R.L., CUI 50339780, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, is the data controller for personal data submitted through this site. Contact: contact@vendara.ro.
2. Data we collect
We collect the information you submit through the contact form (name, organisation, email, country, message and your NDA preference), plus minimal technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) needed to operate and secure the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Contact data is processed to respond to your enquiry and manage pre-contractual and contractual communications (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure site.
4. Recipients and processors
Contact form submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms, our form delivery processor. Site hosting and email are provided by our infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal data. Where processors are located outside the EEA, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and for the applicable statute of limitations. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
